2. Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we process the data you include: full name, company, job title or role, email address, phone number if provided, area or process, current tools and description of your inquiry. The form does not allow file attachments.

3. Purpose of processing

The data is used exclusively to respond to inquiries received and to assess the feasibility of a possible solution. It is not used for advertising or other commercial purposes without separate consent, and no automated profiling is carried out.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give by checking the acceptance box on the contact form.

5. Data retention

Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship will be kept for a maximum of 12 months. The minimum technical logs necessary for security and abuse prevention will be kept for a maximum of 30 days.

6. Recipients and data transfers

Inquiries are received through our own self-hosted n8n automation infrastructure. Web hosting and email are managed with Hostinger. We apply general validation, rate-limiting and security measures to protect the form. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve sharing technical connection data with that provider. No analytics, advertising or tracking pixels are integrated.

7. Rights of data subjects

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@vortexneural.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations.

8. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect legislative changes or changes in how the website operates. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
